Really ah?

If 1k budget for a 450l fridge what would u recommend then? Need to have dual inverters for both freezer and fridge.

Why you need dual inverter in the first place?

For me, I chose to focus more on the warranty coverage aspect. Get the cheapest fridge, then max out the extended warranty to 5yrs.

Sharp has plenty of models that are value for money. Personally would've went with Panasonic but their price at competing capacity was out of budget. Didnt like Mitsubishi's layout. If wanted Korean, I would still go LG ahead of Samsung. Personally I'm not a fan of Samsung's white goods even though my current MIK Samsung fridge is 8yrs old.

Find out the lowest price (Lucky, Mustafa, GAB, Everjoint) for the specific model you want to buy, then go to big box store and get them to lower/pricematch and buy their EW.

How about Bosch? HN has a sale for one of their fridges now and it looks great:

No idea about their fridges, but generally I Bosch overrated due to most people knowing them as a German brand. They make OK domestic machines but price it premium. Since sub $2-3k fridges are made in Thailand, might as well get Panasonic/Sharp/Mitsubishi. If really want German made quality and willing to fork out, better to get a Liebherr.

Hi am looking for a fridge for my bto flat.

I like my fridge to have big capacity around 500 litres. Prefer top freezer.

Any recommendations and which brand? Budget is not more than 1.5k.

Thank you.

I was thinking of getting Hitachi or Mitsubishi.

I saw some reviews on Hitachi that the seal is not very good and fruit flies can go in? And can be quite noisy?

Was thinking of buying a Hitachi too, where did you see this review about the seal? The seal would be basically non-existent if fruit flies can get in.
