If anyone looking to buy Hitachi Fridge, there is a Hitachi Road Show at Harvey Norman at Jurong Point.

I just bought the Hitachi Flagship model R-ZX740JS 788L gross, 572L nett, MSRP $6,299; lowest Black Friday price $5,199 (amongst the 4 major retailers HN, Courts, MegaDiscount Store, ParaSilk, Best Denki, and GainCity).

Managed to buy the Hitachi 740 Flagship model fridge at $3,900, however I had to forgo the free gift of the air cleaner at list price of $499 to secure the price.

Thanks for sharing. I think now Samsung gas "established" the brand, seems like their appliances is starting to cui easier as they mass produce for the demanded crowd.

Samsung only phone can buy (and only mostly because Huawei got playstore ban), rest of their stuff specs + reliability over $ all no good.

I want to buy some fridge

budget $600
any good deal nowaday?

Electrolux ETB2802H-A 256L @ $420 Courts, it's 2 tick only, use around $6 more energy yearly than 3 tick models, but 3 tick ones almost double the price liao.

Which model did you get? I'm looking at the Solfege model due to space constraint.

This model R-BG415P6MSX

haha I saw suntec branch displaying the biege gold set last week, maybe they playing merry-go-round and transfer the black to millenia walk :s13:

Gold is okay ma.
It is glass front door.
So no place for your magnets.
Good too.

yes, saw some of those photo reviews on qoo10 listing oh my the side of fridge is littered with magnets :eek::eek:

LG & samsung are usually more pricey for the same capacity, try panasonic or hitachi (non Japan made models) for lower price alternatives

I went down today the sales staff recommended LG and Mitsubishi instead. The LG is GB-B3449PZ while Mitsubishi is MR-CGX41EN. Kinda set my mind on Hitachi
R-BG415P6MSX but the sales staff raised a valid concern. The interior walls are rough unlike the usual glossy and smooth, which seems to be easily stained.
