Just tried redeeming today though my appt is tml 11am to 3pm. So I'm just 1 appt block away as today's last block is from 4 to 8pm.

So despite telling them my genuine constraints, they still dont give in and advise me to book a new appt slot.

From this experience, and also the way they speak, i gather that even if i die today they wont release the gifts to me also.

Actually can't blame them, the purpose of the appointment system is everyone keeping to their appointment to avoid long queues. If they allow 1 person to go on a different date of their appointment, it might cause a backlash when the new spread around.

yeah i agree.. I am not blaming them.. I'm just taken aback by how they hint to such an extent..

I mean, of course I won't do it if I have no choice.. I guess tomorrow i just have to cab down and cab back to my workplace..

Hahas i also want black actually. but if no choice then go for other colours lor..

Some people have a strong preference, but they have to understand the constraints of the staff as well. scold also no use, as if they can grow the things customers want..

Cannot.. from my experience, 8pm promptly the glass doors will close half way. Only those inside before they close the doors will be entertained. They won't entertain you when you come after they close the glass doors..
