Just bought the 5G model fr Courts. Got the discount so about $10 more than full 4G price. Change phones only every 4-5 years so thought why not spoil myself

For me, I usually use Mi Account Backup or Google Account Backup to recovery @NEW phone(During setup, will ask if you want to restore backup or fresh startup). Just remember to fully synced your old phone backup. Google Account 15gb, while Mi Account only 5gb(Purchase need WeChat pay or Alipay - Cheaper than Google cloud, but Troublesome cause only can link to china bank n need china phone number for verification).

*I always keep either Google Account or Mi Account auto sync and backup on, in case Phone RIP or lost.

** This method only applicable to common and official backup. If you running a rooted phone with mod app, mod games, custom ROM, etc, that you would need to use a clone phone app. I think you can try official "Mi Mover" app. But not too sure whether it can fully transfer everything or rooted phone data anot.

Maybe the voucher you want to use not applicable due to products, promotions, payments option or perhaps fully redeemed. Or maybe just system error, try to chat/check with customer service.
