Otherwise just stick or get on with Poco F1.

I dont think it will be 128gb. Ever since Singapore Mi combined with local biz start opening stores, they have not been any price friendly at all. Not really following Mi original ideology of being affordable.

Also, I have bad feeling Singapore Mi may not add in the 18 months warranty Lei Jun gave for the Chinese customers...

Poco F1 local set cheapest also around 420? If so, think 329 for the Redmi Note 7 still ok lah. Will consider getting for parents or in-laws. Specs more than sufficient for their usage.

U missed the boat.. Pocophone 128gb can get at 32x months ago.. Really regretted never get another set.. Now using 64gb one I bought at 36x..

Haha. Looks like I did. Can't turn back the clock now though. Anyway, the Hitec page indicates that the local set will be available from 28 Mar. Two more weeks to go!

My RMN7 is the 6gb RAM / 64gb ROM version from China, already flashed to EU rom.

Here they bring only the 4GB ram version so far.

If you unlock the bootloader should be OK to flash

I saw once mi8 lite 128gb set selling at Tiong Bahru plaza Mi store selling $369, he says is promotion. He recommended me to take this rather than waiting for RMN7 or even Pocophone F1...

Give and take lah. Mi 8 Lite same processor, poorer 24MP camera, smaller 3350mAh battery and no 3.5mm headphone jack. Think the RMN7 is a much better deal at 329 even if the ram is only 4GB.

I think they are sliding RN7 into the previous price bracket vacated by Mi A2.
Lose Android One but gain in camera, storage and 3.5mm jack.
