Redmi Note 8

Note 7 is not cheaper than note 8. Upgrade is no, new buy is yes. Pro with NFC & UFS is a huge improvement; but Mediatek processor shd be new to those who are familiar flashing ROM using qualcomm tools.

Redmi 8 has NFC? But I do wan to flash so can't do mediatek

Smooth like jelly. Can run 2 accounts on duo apps and not lag. But i personally experience abit of gps lag when indoors at vivocity during the trapinch community day. Need to turn on wifi to 'lock down' the gps properly.

I think mtk has its own charging protocol rite? QC is usually for SD devices. Did you try the stock charger supplied?

Nope it’s not and will not be so soon as they today Lazada still trying desperately trying to clear stock of mi 8 and Redmi note 7. The only new model is mi A3 but that is a downgrade actually due to the screen is 720p and side grade for the processor.

Anyway Malaysia is selling global official set. This afternoon I will be going to the shop to get “global set” note 8 pro white 128GB for 335 nets at shop
