Nope it’s not and will not be so soon as they today Lazada still trying desperately trying to clear stock of mi 8 and Redmi note 7. The only new model is mi A3 but that is a downgrade actually due to the screen is 720p and side grade for the processor.

Anyway Malaysia is selling global official set. This afternoon I will be going to the shop to get “global set” note 8 pro white 128GB for 335 nets at shop

Is the shop univercell? Any warranty for export set?

It said it’s running global rom and I asked specially is it cn rom with play store installed he said global rom with play store. Will let you know after I go to the shop and buy.

As for differences between global rom and cn rom discussed till death already please refer to previous posts

i bought from lazada is white box EU global rom set pro version with discount is $305 6gb 128gb version with $20 vouchers

if china version, it's blue and red box

Yes and 1 month and you can pay extra for longer warranty but I don’t see the point, not becos I don’t want the warranty, meaning if anything wrong they will batch send back to China and the batch send back or if minor they will send to local not authorised shop to fix so might as well I go to sim Lim sq to fix

Bro that is note 8 (non pro) processor is 665 and the white of non pro is bluish white and the 8 pro white is pearl white

Camera of note 8 is on the side and the 8 pro is in the middle

Pro has nfc and non pro don’t have

As of 15 oct, there is no local set as Xiaomi Sg is not launching note 8 (pro) in Sg yet.

Nearest is Malaysia for global set if not will be EU global sets ie all export sets

If I am not wrong, the Google mobile services is the underlying framework so after installing all the Google apps you should be able to download pogo and install
