Skip that store, overseas seller claiming 'Local Warranty'. Rather get global export set from local seller with 1 mth shop warranty.

If you have a lot of shopee coins, can get from hitecmobile.

Seems an unlocked bootloader cant use some banking apps... So can one flash and select the latter option and the banking apps can work?

Don't lock the bootloader after flashing. It will brick your device.

yes, as those have mentioned above, relocking bl on cn set with global rom will brick. if u want to use gapps and banking apps, u can either
1) leave it locked on cn rom and manually sideload gapps
2) unlock, flash global and magisk
the latter will give u root, but can be a bit daunting if u never mod ur phone before.
