Eh to be fair as the name suggests it's a 3 BR compact, if so perfect has yard has everything, who will buy their treetop villa..can only say everything is priced in for a reason

Of course, my point is, if you only have 2.2+m and want to have a 3b, is this 3b compact something you want to stay in or is there something in the resale market that is more value for money. Up to individual to decide. For me I am just surprised people think the overall layout is good.

I didn't dive into other bedders but only did quick glances. The 3b and below, same theme, nice sized bed rooms, toilets, kitchen, dining area all compromised. 3b and above, some types are not rectangular shaped? Odd shapes here and there, no idea why. I guess ultimately still up to individuals, some people might not need a big kitchen but prefer bigger bedrooms. Just throwing this view out here for discussion.

Yes but some buyers just want new and won't consider resale, just like how some prefer new cars over 2nd hand though depreciation is higher.

To me it's just 2 distinctive market segments. Of course it doesn't help last few years the newly TOP launches all made alot profit, plus layout and facilities more modern too

That GLS is the elephant in the room..
It’s next to Linq and it will block some low rise units in the 93-105 north facing stacks . Whatever view you paid for will be blocked by views of people’s bedrooms

And because of this efficient layout, this project did very well in resale despite in oversupply area. So u can see how important layout plays a part.

Yes this is very efficient too. Look at the living room, very wide.
