Deja vu to 3 years back... I remembered speaking to my agent (a very prominent top agent today) of my exact concerns regarding the TWR. He told me there is likely going to be another entrance. I wasn't convinced and ultimately decided against buying.

Integrated property buyers need to take note. Study the site plan carefully.

This is a good article. Dunearn and bukit timah road is very prone to jams

I really dislike that area. The jam is a biatch. The roads are uneven and windy. You have many cars going to pei hwa and the food centre.

The beauty world area isn't exactly the greatest to be honest.

Now it isn't, that's why RR is supposed to make it better

But agree with you the jam is a bitch in the morning as of now.

Not sure where you want to go? Only far from changi air port.

Got good schs (mgs, pei hwa, secondary sch also have, just take bus down), can take train to cbd very fast or to botanic gardens, got hawker
Fast by train to CBD? A quick check using Google map shows 48mins. I don't even want to use Raffles, I use MBFC, direct train.

How can 48mins to town considered very fast?

No one cares about sec sch since they are based on results

Good luck to those that buy hoping to get into the good schools. These schools are highly popular that my 2 colleagues who stay within 1km l, their kids did not even get in at all

Err.. downtown line from Bukit Panjang to Bugis 30 odd minutes only.
Did u check with Google map? It states 36mins wor

Don't forget, we shouldn't use Bukit panjang..since no one stays in the mrt. Assuming u meant Hillion, it takes 38mins

I live in that area. Hence, I speak from experience. Not from some estimated time from google maps.. feel free to take a train yoursf from beautyworld to cbd. It will not take more than 40 minutes..

You go take beauty world to promenade (suntec). I used to work there so I can confirm. Time it. If its more than 40 mins, I PayNow you.

Take to downtown or telok ayer (near raffles place) also not that further down

It's about individual's perception...

Punggol and "farm" are deemed "very far"...

But courtesy of google map

Hillview Mrt to Raffles place mrt is 37 mins.
Punggol Mrt to Raffles place mrt is 43 mins.

Nothing to argue bahz.

Thanks. Let's based on Google map, cause u say I say, all conflict of interest. We should use a neutral 3rd party.

Last I recall CBD is not suntec
