If u are asking me based on launch to date, i think is RR (due to the lower price, could be lower imo). Though it doesn't mean I should vest, main reason due to location.

Why? Everyone got one shot - due to ABSD. So unless it ticked all the boxes, otherwise why bother. Things such as location are permanently fixed, u can't change.

Deja vu to 3 years back... I remembered speaking to my agent (a very prominent top agent today) of my exact concerns regarding the TWR. He told me there is likely going to be another entrance. I wasn't convinced and ultimately decided against buying.

Integrated property buyers need to take note. Study the site plan carefully.

I’m more surprised why there are so many drivers in an integrated RCR project at Woodleigh. Value of owning a car is lower when staying in an integrated project with MRT at doorstep

If I’m staying at TWR, I would sell my car and take public transport. Reduce carbon footprint

Imo RR is a better buy at average 24xx psf

Botany average psf is 20xx psf. Imo a bit misleading to compare the highest psf unit at one project against one of the lowest psf unit of another project.

RR average seems to be 24xx psf.

As someone who’s already vested in TG, it made me think I should’ve waited for RR. But then again as a non-VVIP, not sure if I would’ve stood a chance during public launch.
