Err. Because google maps only states estimated travel time? As with any other maps. We are talking about actual time take if you physically take the mrt from beautyworld to cbd. It will not be more than 40 minutes lol.

haha, I’m even more stringent then. To me, less than 10 minutes then is fast. I don’t think beautyworld is anywhere near cbd or it’s fast to reach there. We have some alignment here. Just that it’s not more than 40 minutes by train lol.

Deja vu to 3 years back... I remembered speaking to my agent (a very prominent top agent today) of my exact concerns regarding the TWR. He told me there is likely going to be another entrance. I wasn't convinced and ultimately decided against buying.

Integrated property buyers need to take note. Study the site plan carefully.

At the end of the day, hillview to beauty world is merely 1 mrt stop. Taking Raffles place mrt as the destination, the Botany by car 23 mins, the RR by car 21 mins.

However one is called "farm", but the other is called... gold?
