No leh…..some 2nd hand car depreciate more than brand new car sia.
Personally, if i can afford i will go for brand new car….dont like to drive 2nd hand car and duno the history and maintenance of the car.
if we compare the same make and model, 2nd hand tend to have lower depre, of course we cant take depre of 2nd hand BMW and compare with new Toyota altis.

Generally if one can afford, most will prefer new over old, housing included. Quoting your good self i also wont know the history and maintenance of the resale unit, i can do a complete overhaul but i wouldnt know if anything "happened" previously

Nope…im refering to same make same model (but pre facelift)
I checked with dealer and complain why depreciation similar to brand new or even higher and they answer me because alot less quantum mah :ROFLMAO:

New launches for Q1 coming out fast and furious. Here's a preview picture for the latest Upper Bukit Timah project located beside RR and Linq@BT. Small 155 unit project only though.

Sure expensive, bukit sembawang kept their land for 3years before launching liv@mb at new benchmarks. Their projects usually sell lux and not value

Average 2700 psf for the win. How can lose face to ulu zoolong. LOL!!!

when they launch, those with budget will just go over to RR instead to get those high quantum low psf units, regardless of price still will sell out because there is no competing new launch supply and only 150+ units. RR already sold more than 90%

the remaining units are those with the worst facing. full afternoon sun.

i think this is NOT 1km from mgs (developer to confirm). i wonder if there is a 100% sheltered walkway to the MRT

connected to beauty world mrt (mrt entrance built in the building not outside)
15 units only (reserve jden 1 bedroom sold out)
Limited and the only stock selling now, let me know

The worst unit to buy, are 1 bedroom. Just need to check out recent TOP projects and gains for 1 BR for forett

Best to buy 3-4 bedders. Look at recent subsale profits, margin are highest for larger units, they bought lower and generally sell higher..this trend seen in all recently TOP projects. Plus like what EC said profit is size x psf gained, one can make more off the size as well
