Sure wont happen. There is so much interest from people asking for floor plan and pricing here. Just a few days ago, they just announce a new business and education hub in Punggol.

Need to wait for developers to submit bidding lor... government releases a fewplots this year...

Need to wait another 15 months or complete foundation works first before developers can put EC up for sale.

The waiting period stipulates that developers can put an EC up for sale 15 months after buying the land or completing foundation works, whichever is earlier.

Potential buyers can target prive, which will mop in another 6 months time. Around 8xxpsf too, no need to wait for construction and even better location than riverside. Just that is it older.

Yar man, Prive is at a really good location, 5 min walk to NEL and waterwaypoint. Older doesnt matter coz anyway now RC already started counting lease too.

Taking a look at the HDB pricing in both SK and PG, it is not hard to find that the pricing has little grow due to over supply. With all those EC that has launched through all these years I don’t think RC will fetched a good price when resale. If for long term own stay if you like the location then is ok. The location is really no good at all. Nothing there except HDB and 1 church.
