Just did a check on the map. It will be about 2.4km to and fro. 8mins (1 way)... it sounds like jogging 😏

Fernvale is a high density cluster. It’s buidling are all above 20 levels.

Traffic jam will only get worse.

I had stayed at SK BLK 100 series. Have moved out about 10 years ago.

For people who buy EC and still staying in HDB, remember to start selling for HDB early. 1 year before TOP would be best. Else you will feel the stress as the days draws nearer and it can be bad.

Looks like a situation that I am in. Eligible for BTO and at the same time banks more than willing to loan me money to buy PC at your indicated price.

I will wait for a better buy if not in a rush..

If in a rush, the BTO. For the simple reason that it's my citizenship right to buy BTO at discounted price.

Save $ to invest/rainy days.

That's not really a problem.

Sk and Punggol now have new road going into expressway and are building more.

Yes.. there are new roads leading to highway. Problem is when highway don't move due to accident/breakdown, all whatever roads leading to it will not move as well. :s13:

8 mins' walk to Sengkang MRT.
15 mins' drive Orchard Rd.
25mins' drive to 2nd CBD + 90 mins' train ride to Kuala Lumpur.
