Those are super far from sengkang mrt even if its near an lrt station (with tiny cabins - peak hour will be crazy). I rather get RC if I can afford the monthly mortgage, classy environment and so near nanchiau pri and sec schools. But with household income currently 5.5k, too risky.

RC is not any nearer to mrt ley... the location of RC is far from good actually

RC is not near the LRT and the nearby LRT is 2-3 stations away depend which one you walk to (yes is between 2 LRT that’s not near). And RC is also unwalkable to MRT unless you conside walking about 25-30 mins is ok.

well.. RC is very near macdonalds i suppose.. in fact, the condo is probably the nearest to mac among all the EC in NE , and if you are sick of swimming at the condo you can head down to the swimming complex to swim, or bring your kids to the community center for some lessons ?

it isn't near the expressway / not near any LRT / there aren't many food eateries around / i don't see much or any childcare around compared to the rest of the ECs / near the canal or reservoir (whatever you call it, don't know if have a lot of flies or mosquitoes or not), but at least have sea breeze, can make your woody furniture more mouldy / highway on sengkang west have a lot of huge lorries parked along side, traveling during the day / most expensive EC in the region at of 2018

Just like Hundred P, so many ppl saying lousy location, far from MRT, no side gate etc, etc here, still sold within 7 hours.

I think price for this EC will be 900+, just look at punggol land bid result.

It will be sold off very fast for RC, as Suman walk EC land bid very high price…. Imagine buy RC is like a saving now about $300 PSF???

This is also an EC I'm considering, just spoke to my agent about it. Location is not great, but the plus side is that its surrounded by many family friendly amenities, parks, cycle connectors etc. It's also quite near Tongkang LRT station according to the site plan from here https://www.99.co/singapore/condos-apartments/rivercove-residences

Not sure if its accurate but according to the site, there's also a future road that provides a direct connection to TPE?
