unless is 10 years ago EC..

even PC is the same unless that project is different.. like parc botania is higher.. high park is the same if i'm not wrong

Not true EC and HDB ceiling is the same.

My EC official ceiling height is 2.7m. I measured mine, > 2.7m. Top floor (non penthouse unit) > 2.8m.

My EC is 2.8m (actual measurement)
The Top floor in my EC is 3.1m (stated)
