Got so low condo / flat meh ?
URA won’t approve one.

My ex condo penthouse ceiling was 2-storey high .
Cleaning the high glass or ceiling were difficult.

If not you can try to live in a house with ceiling of 2m? The thought of it will make me crazy

I ever viewed some flats while trying to buy a flat in the past and the floor marble was high and the owner did false ceiling! Super claustrophobic!

There will be at least 5 aircon units, bigger units get 6-7, anyone can share how to go about maintaining them, ie maintenance intervals?

Or they are very short.

The chain hanging the lights has to be very long. So the changing lights is the norm.

Only the initial installation needed the special tall structure to drill the ceiling.

Most upper 1/2 of glasses are difficult to clean.
Spider web at the ceiling is another problem.

But pkwa is a bit ex.

I used APAC law for my EC purchase. The guy who assisted me was Alvin Lee 9338 8518. You may ask him what's the rate now as I'm not sure whether the rates have changed since a year ago.
