I googled on home loan and found homeloanwhiz.com.sg - They can refer us to any bank and offer cash vouchers in returns for referral. Anyone tried them before? Am thinking to go try their service.

Estimate it’s yearly rental value at 30k

OO 4%, property tax at $1200.

Oh no. I was told by agent mine is using Anthony Law bcos of bridging loan. Anyone same case as me? Possible to change to our preferred Law firm?

yes, I am a property agent

we are now left with only 3Brs of various sizes
- 904sqft - $834,800 onwards
- 958sqft - $911,200 onwards
- 1076sqft - $988,100 onwards
- 1109sqft - $1,021,800 onwards

jus slightly above 100 units left liao....almost gone....

If they are charging u more than 2.5k net all inclusive then they r def overcharging u. I encountered a situation where they charged me a fee much higher than my neighbor of the same development. Same service and both first timer.

Ok thanks for the reply. I am not that familiar with law firm, that's why need some advise about choosing a suitable one. Is it better to use a firm which is covered under the bank's panel?

Yup better to get from panel and the ones used by your friends or family who can give a more neutral view. Try to avoid using the ones recommend by agents or even bankers as they might be doing it out of some under table com. Remb to always get black and white communication on the fees they are charging you.
The market fee should be 2,500 nett (inclusive of gst, IRAS stamp duty and whatsoever funny cost).
