Now EC is just over price..many buyer already turn down by the crazy sky high price..the land so cheap yet the price so high ..developer really greedy..ec is for ppl who earn below 14k 1000 over psf..siao might as well go private for flexibility and better finishing..loan also can get 60% Tdsr not like EC only 30% end up come more cash..doesn't make any investment sense ..

For buyers who want condo, cheap and new and own stay, still RC is the cheapest.

If got money and first property can go then go for full condo. Else if no money and got HDB, very hard to go for full condo coz many additional tax to pay. Vl

Just don't buy for the sake of buying / upgrade / follow like everyone else in the end struggle to finance and lead a painful time every month.

I duno where is this Verandah but when i mean good luck to Oxley, i mean the land they bought from ura or enbloc. I remember they buy 2 plots at super high price. If it does not work out, they will make big loss..
