31x, looking at bidadari/Clementi. Not too sure when it’s my turn if there’ll still be units left.

I saw someone with queue number 13x w appointment date in early Nov! So that’s quite fast since they start appointment selection in mid Oct

If you look at Feb ROF thread, the first appointment (commencement date) is like around 18 March, while the appointment date for Q number 1xx is around 3 days after that, and 3xx to 5xx is like only 1 week after that.
So from mid Oct to early Nov for 13x number is considered to be quite slow this time.

Wouldn’t be surprise if we see an era of subdivided Two 2 or 3room units being sold separately from the original 3 Gen layout.

Back in early to mid 2000s there are some balance 5 room and executive units in Pioneer & Sengkang that was converted into 2 units. Back then there were oversupply of bigger units hence HDB subdivided the original layout into two separate units. Only one of the unit will get the Bomb Shelter tho.

Here’s a floor plan of original 5 room being converted into Two 2 room flats.

I think they will just keep rolling into the next & next ROF or Open ROF until eventually gets taken.

Just checking if any 2nd timer ballot for Sobf or rof? How many times you have tried? I tried for a year is either no number or the number is so big that no selection chance.

Which area you looking at? Maybe will have lots of dropouts and you still have chance!
