They magically appear when u get a new city. The hilarious part is that they are so homely they will not stay at cities other than the one they originated from

hannor that y i uninstalled the climbed version after trying. don't like how this game is played, prefered 11.

If they just release 11 with changes to realtime combat it would be the best. No officer specific skills like 13 and fog of war will be fantastic. But this time round 13 really flopped.

they should put rpg elements into dynasty warriors series and strategy into rotk series.

Go to programs and features/uninstall.

Seriously this game is very dense. My only advice for u is to occupy as many cities early on as possible. The sheer number of empty cities at the start makes it possible. Officer quality doesn't matter. Make sure u have more.

i remember the early rotk games one good tip is to find lu bu and recruit him then keep sending him to war.

U guys shld try nobunaga ambition in English latest version is better.l than rotk13.

Wait for steam sales n buy from clonezz is so much cheaper.

Usually steam give 50% discount for koei games like Christmas or new year
