9060XT for $470?

Did GPU prices went down recently? Didn't follow much about GPU prices, but when I bought my current 6600XT, the price was around $400 to $600.

Still using 6600XT though

like i said, if you have the hobby, and not a stretch on your finance, just do it. lol :D
actually going forward i might just go with used parts for all my upgrades in future~
but must do due diligence on the seller~

for now, maybe not so much. I also need to upgrade my LAN card to 10Gb. Currently, only 2.5G, my ISP is giving be 6gbps, so i'm not fully utilising it. So my upgrade would probably be the LAN card, then adding more RAM (i currently only have 16GB). But now RAM very expensive

i highly recommend the PCI-E 4.0 x1 variant of the Realtek RTL8127 10Gbps LAN card that's roughly $50

Even at PCI-E 3.0 speeds it's still > 800MB/s

The Aquantia AQC113 is more of a prosumer NIC at double the price but it's PCI-E 3.0 x4 only and consumes double the power vs the Realtek RTL8127.
So it gets kind of hot and many motherboards do not have a spare PCI-E slot with x4 lanes. Even if there is, they're usually blocked by the GPU or it shares lanes with M.2 slots.

And there's a 3rd option
Intel X540
Too many downsides.
There's only 1 single good thing about it. Cheap.

Last time I love to do this as well, as age, only certain more reliable parts i would do this. Riskier will skip and just buy new. Most of time rather hunting on online platform.

I bought xike 10gbps usb network adapter, yet to try though. no internal card as its a mini itx build.

ya if your isp is higher then 2.5g then u can think about upgrading... but for a normal consumer... u need pay a premium
