Answered you on this before.

Essentially the same. No difference. As long as you got mount fans near the rear exhaust of the chassis, promoting some airflow around the vrm area will do.

so should i request to mount 2 120mm fan on the rear?

Don't need. You got 2x 140mm pre-mounted at the front, 1x 120mm pre-mounted at the rear. Your AIO have 2 more 120mm fans.

Initially I wanted to suggest you to mount your AIO on top as exhaust, but upon closer look at the Tecware Nexus website and pics, I think there isn't enough space. So, I'd suggest you to mount the AIO in front, shifting both the 140mm fans to the top. Given you have 5 fans, you might need a couple of y-splitters for the fans. Control the fan curves a bit, lower the speed of those exhaust fans to maintain a better balance of airflow instead of negative airflow by default.

this one actually was on my mind till the SSD removal is a issue...read the review
That one minor point cannot be compared to the Silencio's absence of top exhaust outlet. Plus, that SSD can pre-mount then cable route comes later.

Also, can get modular psu, so if you need to remove it, you can just remove the modular heads and remove the psu and ssd. You can mount the ssd to the 3.5 inches trays too.

It's very easy to tackle where as the Silencio is obsolete design problem and cannot be rectified.

PSU bro, not MOBO. Hence I ask you to buy modular PSU. Anyway, how often do you need to take out the SSD until you would think that that's a major shortcoming? For the SSD you Wanna change often, I suggest you put it to the 3.5 inches tray. Let the permanent one be at the back of the PC.

N400 still okay. One of the more acceptable design of Cooler Master chassis.

Who tell you they don't support 240mm radiator with B450? I don't understand how is it not compatible?
