not just coz of cam quality.
ripper's 黄脸婆 just frozed for the 4th time
hey ripper i think you should request for a new replacement. there's a lot of users with stock firmware with no problems at all it must be a particular batch of SGBs,

Talking about batch of SGBs, I got it on the first day of the launch. So far no freeze even before the update of the firmware. Also after the latest firmware update, no freeze encounter so far.

Something to highlight here. When you guys purchase your SGB, do you notice that the seal on the box is already broken? For my case, the seal was already broken. However, the plastic wrapper over the box is wrapped nicely over the box. I told the customer service officer serving me but he just give me a smile and said is like that. At that moment, I thought they may need to unsealed the box in order to put in the starhub logo so I just accepted it.

Yesterday, I just got a SGS but the seal is untouch and nicely sealed. Hummm... maybe my SGB has "special treatment" before the launch and thus no freeze? Anyone could advise were your box nicely sealed during your purchase of the SGB? Thanks.

funny.. dunoe abt SGB, but for SGS, seal is in place and not broken..

cannot be opened to put sticker as the sticker was already there when they first sealed the set.. (my SGS got the sticker and seal is not broken)

Yes, my SGS also like yours, both the seal and plastic wrapper are perfectly un-touch and sealed. But, it not the case for SGB. Just curious and wonder why the diff...?

Ana> IIRC, my beam was sealed too, no plastic wrapper too. Or did I remember it wrongly? I still can see broken seal right now. :s22:

Anyway, care to tell if the firmware update is any good?

Anyone have problem with the camera after upgrading to H2? I got occasional "camera failed" warning and video is jittery sometimes with playback image screen freeze but film still running :-(. Seem to have more lag now.
