It's only shorter.. but it's wider, thicker and heavier than a73

Ya. Pretty heavy this thing. Anyway, wider is nice for me rather than taller.

That's why I have decided to grab it.

A73 wins at the moment but probably still due to the early not so polished stage of firmware on A54..

if that is the case, i would suggest you get a second hand flagship. Example S22+ or S21+. Since A54 is worst than A53 which is worst than A52s

You can consider last year's A73 as well. It still holds up pretty well in 2023 although brand-new local sets are rather scarce now so you'll have to source for it.

A34 is another decent option as well, especially for its battery endurance.

After using A54 for about 5 days.

I somehow love the look of its thick black side display bezel lol...

It is kind of retro and the fact is the thick display side bezel makes it easy for gesture navigation especially the sweep from both sides.

I have no complaint about it. I'm loving my A54.

Also, E1380 is pretty snappy comparing it to my previous SD778G powered A73 ..

A73 is a 100MP for better zoom in details.

However, if you just shoot and go, be it day or night. They are the same same sawadeekap!

If you don't play those graphic intensive games and just use your phone for play normal games and utilize apps as per the most users do! A54 5G is a solid choice. What for you waste your money on S23!
