Samsung just released a video on how to care for the Fold.. Said no need any additional screen protector. �

The inside screen do not see a need. FP are easier clean (as its plastic)
Do not attempt to use those spray..
1. Spray works on glass ....not plastic
2. Phone not water resistance
The external will redq a custom SP

I’m referring to the 4.5 inch screen.
Will it get scratches? That’s my only concern.

3k phone must take care properly. But I scared paste already long Liao will leave a mark there

Then what if your hands oily then touch inside got finger print? Use what to clean?

The 4.5 screen...like all Gorilla 6, scratch resistance...not scratch proof.
Also, its a FP magnet (front and back)
I would recommend to have a SP on it..,(could be a matt one thus greasy print not obvious)
Like i mention, use the provide case...will minimise scratches

On the inside, i use clean with my shirt :)
Perhaps could get a lint free cloth (like those for eyewear)

A hp shop at burlington that i patronized said that maybe next week the screen protector for inside display will come. Making do with custom cut sp for the front display for now.

becareful...paste on it is easy ..peel off may be an issue.

Better don’t .. when I get mine I won’t be pasting for the inside. I only paste outside.

I will try to keep my hands free from oil before using my Fold. Front display I think I will buy those screen protector and ownself cut. Then paste

I think i know which shop...
If for scratches, maybe ok.
However, must b careful as remove the SP mught peel off the Fold plastic

The original case come with the fold, got 1 sticker must tear before putting? Can don’t tear or not?

Like that very Sian leh.. rather get the leather one

Sticker? A clear big one that was inside the case? I removed...

If refering to the darker color inside of the case, no. I believe that is to help ti adhere case to the phone better

I believe the leather will also be similar.
1 point to note on leather...when contact with water, it will age faster

realities of life.... you may not always get what you want even if you registered... hahahaha

even though Samsung did put a disclaimer

pre-registration of interest =//= confirmation

but what annoys me was Samsung communication to interested customers.

they did not even bother to have a follow up email to "acknowledge" our pre-registration of interest and subsequent "follow up" to inform us the outcome.. :vijayadmin:

Then whats the point of getting our name , email and contact details :(

Samsung can spend big bucks on marketing campaign but this kind of simple communication does not take a lot of effort from the company …
