I also switched from fruit to robot, still learning the robot operating and honestly speaking i still miss some of the fruit phone functionalities but i am not going back to it. Rejecting a call, i got to enable motion and flip over my note2 face down in order to reject a call or die die must take the phone out from pocket, briefcase or bag then slide to reject call. This kind of scenario made me appreciate the old fruit phone, just need to reach the power button and press twice, one to reject call and one to put phone back to sleep.

Help needed.

I use easy phone sync to copy my contacts n photos n sms over from fruit phone. Good n fine until I realised all the sms are brought over as unread and there are 8K of them!

I triedto one by one mark as read but my new note 2 becomes slow. Anyone know how to mark all sms as read? I tried sms some backup n restore but they got no such function. Or help me to delete sms older than 90 or 120 days etc.

That setting is for "end" call, not "cancel" call. Big difference between the 2 words.

It doesn't cancel the call but it does mute the call - as good as ignoring the call

I turned on vibrate mode during meeting but sometimes phone in pocket. Was thinking a quick way to let the caller know that I m busy n unable to take the call rather than just silent it only and caller will still call a few times before giving up. Haha.

I guess Samsung is designed by Asian Chinese, which doesn't like to reject your call directly so the muting function is sort like ignoring you hoping you will stop calling; the ang mo will directly reject your call, not creating inconvenience for you when he is unable to take your call.

You can turn on Blocking mode like someone here has suggested.

1 more issue is how can do split screen? try all sorts of setting still not able to get it.

press and hold the back button. there will be a ribbon on one side of the screen. do note multi-tasking is not support for all apps.

Not yet. .. unless you root.. But not all apps support multi as well.

If i turn on the blocking mode, will i be able to know from my missed call log to see who the caller was after meeting is over?

Well the fruit phone can... guess now we know which phone is really design for human. I want a simple way to reject calls without taking the phone out of my pocket, bag or briefcase but also want the calling number logged.

Just need to download Flash player. Take note that Flash is no longer available in Play Store. You have to google "archived flash player" and look for the Android Version 4.0.

m1 here. seems fine for me though. 60~80% time got H+/4G. i stay at east side. so far only when in mrt underground uses G/3G, else most of time is H/H+/4G.
