Hi, any one got this issue that the system sound will became mute occasionally ? Under the Setting > sound > volume. The system icon became mute with a slash across the system icon and grey out. And you can't adjust the volume slider. The only work around that I know of is to restart the phone.

Any advice?

I also encountered this problem solved it by holding home button, left circle and clearing RAM.

Dunno what's causing it.

Ok. I will try it and see how it goes. I called up the samsung helpdesk and the support says its a bug and can be solved by the next update which is next month. Dono how true.

If the update is 4.1.2, then the bug is still there.

I'm still on 4.1.1 but am encountering issue like not being able to connect to WIFI. However, surfing on my 4G/SIM Card isnt an issue.

Secondly, i am always seeing 'sd card unexpectly removed / preparing SD card' when i have not took it out before ever since i insert into my phone.

Can provide any advise here?

Have you tried going into the device test menu (i.e. *#0*# on your phone screen) there's a "sub key" test where the screen will change lights based on the physical buttons that you've pressed. Just to confirm it's indeed a bug and not physical button failure...

check with google playstore, if dont have you need to use odin n flash the singapore n7105 de stock rom if you desperately need it. Most prolly i can find those Singtel,starhub apps. not sure bout m1

Have you tried going into the device test menu (i.e. *#0*# on your phone screen) there's a "sub key" test where the screen will change lights based on the physical buttons that you've pressed. Just to confirm it's indeed a bug and not physical button failure...

Tried the subkey. The lights change when i press screen or back button or home button.

In anycase, after the initial clearing of Ram as indicated in earlier post. The same issue came back. But after I cleared the 2nd time. So far so good till now.

hi guys. im having this weird problem. it suddenly occur. im a singtel subscriber. ytd when i came back from msia. i tried to manual scan for Singtel network. however my n2 is able to detect all available network like m1, starhub etc. but not singtel. i can only put it in auto mode. it den switch back to singtel. however till now, i tried to manual scan, singtel just doesnt appear. can advise??

Hi there. There's a SensorHub Self Test under the Device Test Menu (*#0*#). What is it for? It shows fail for me...

Sadly, this is done by the apps themselves, so there isn't any system setting that can be toggled to "fix" it. For me, I just use Quickpic to delete those folders frequently.
