Yes i did the OTA, even before the OTA I had this prob.
I try not not to think its a faulty phone but during the purchase at M1, the CSO serving me came out with a plastic seal box..but from far i can see the sealed is crumbled type like so unprofessional sealed .. I watch him tear the plastic seal, split second he open up the box...i ask him how come i nvr saw him use a pen knife to cut open the side sticker of the box but he said he did... It all happen so quickly ...anyway waited so long for this phone so i didnt pursue.
Where can i download the firmware...im on m1
I thought theres only singtel and starhub firmware afaik

Unless you really need those M1 apps, else flashing ST/SH firmware will still work as per normal on your N2.

You can Ti backup or other apps to delete it or freeze and hide them.

Ok noted ...m1 bloated apps not impt to me ...i will try your method...
I googled around about random reboot and saw some solution about wiping cached and hard reset the phone ...thanks

I bought the unit last sat, rushing for 7 days deadline for 1 to 1 exchange alas tmr is e 8 days
Thanks anyway.. I just pray its not a faulty phone ...hope more like app compatibility issue

i did the update and my 3G came bac.

Sad to say, 2 days os using, i have nv seen 4G b4....yishun ave 6....

How to fully factory reset the Note2 so all those telco apps will be remove
and the phone is just like a default fresh set from samsung factory?>

this morning i wake up the screen of my pathetic Note 2 in crashing mode ...battery draining from 100% lastnight to 0% this morning ...

Samsung service centre at plaza sing is under renovation isit?
IIRC, i saw it was relocated to Orchard Central temporary right

No choice have to go service centre.

Yup. Cos I recontracted ip5 and sell it off to buy note2. Was told by the sales giy from starhub the 4G plan will be activated within 24 hrs from wednesday. Will call starhub.

Guys i just got my N2 from SH, my network was fine, but after awhile, it keeps stating no network and no reception, my batt is also draining quite fast when i hardly use the phone, i tried calling SH, but they say everything is fine? now i can only use wifi, help me please!
