Does nova launcher prime come with its own set of widgets? Some launchers come with their unique set of widgets too so you can consider using them as well!

I like the default weather widget from Note 2. I even got the apk from xda but there is no way to reinstall pre-existing system app. Now i'm using Android Weather, the widget not as nice as Weather widget from Note 2.

Haha then use Touchwiz launcher then! What do you not like about Touchwiz..? Anyway its only the widgets cannot use right? Haha app still can use? Have you tried Beautiful Widgets for weather? Go weather ex? Fancy widgets?

Go and find in Store lor......sure got better alternatives out there.

It's like that for many manufacturers, not just Samseng. Their widgets are somehow bonded to their launchers.

With root you should be able to install.

Driving me nuts. My note2 has restarted itself twice...once duribg a call today. And just sfter one ither call, I held in phone in landscaoe mode and the main menu actually rotated!! As if it were an ipad! Now am I right that rotation shld nv happen?? I havent been able to replicate it

depends what is the widget you using and if there is a setting written in the widget which allows locking..sorry i noe i useless didn't help much

You are funny. Auto rotation is an android feature since beginning. All you have to do is turn it off under display.

Auto rotation should not happen when in a call, ie dialer screen is in the foreground.

How come when i fully charge 100%, i go into the setting>battery see, music player is at the top and screen is 2nd? Im not even using any media files or whatsoever. strange..
