What is the optimum firmware? I went to do the software update to clear the notifications without realizing the repercussions?

I went to do a software update thinking that it will be updated
To LJ5. But now im stuck at lj3. Crap. previously I was on lj1 and I could get average 5 hrs on screen time. After updating to lj3, only 1.5hrs on screen time and my batt is left with 19%.

The batt is really draining like crazy.

Can I restore to old firmware without rooting??

Can be configured in the settings of the whatsapp application.

under the settings > storage > device memory > i realized that Miscellaneous files consists of videos, whatsapp . . . .etc but the funny thing is that I stored all my videos on my ex-storage sdcard but it is still reflected under Miscellaneous in device memory which eats up a big portion of the internal memory. And J.B doesnt have option to "move" apps to ex-sdcard anymore as i cant seems to find it. One my note 1, there is. Anyone can enlighten me? Thanks.

Both ICS and JB do not support moving apps to sd card.

hi, but will storing of videos on ex sdcard resulting in increase of storage space used on internal phone memory? Because of the storage readings it seems to be the case.

does anyone knows what happened to my splitscreen function? after a 1st software update, I already got it.. then my note 2 automatically updated another time (much later) software by itself.. then the semi-circle for multiscreen disappeared..

does this happened to you guys? just wondering.. how do i get back my split screen? am i missing something?

Not sure if you guys are facing this issue.

It's about auto-roaming and the R symbol at the top during roaming. Does your phone automatically roam to M'sia network when entering the country and automatically roams back to Singapore network when coming back?

Mine dont, and I go to Mobile networks - Network operators - Manually select Singtel.

Same when I enter M'sia, gotta automatically choose digi/Maxis.

Hello small help needed.
I was unable to use the S pen to make cropped screenshot after the phone update.

Last time, as long as i joined the small circle where the S pen started, the screen shot of the cropped image will be taken automatically. but now no matter how i tried also cannot leh.

Am I missing something??

Anyone got the same problem?

No calibration is needed for spen.. Meaning there is no such thing as calibration based on Wacom technology..
