Before they remove the original flim to check if it is dust or scratch on the screen , i got them to confirm they will do a 1-to-1 exchange of the full set if it is a scratch,as it will be unacceptable for me to accept a screen replacement since it was just the 1st day of collection of the pre-launch.

Maybe I was very detailed in checking the phone. Most ppl could not see the little flaw on the screen. Even when I sent the phone in, some of the staffs could not see it too.

There a couple realiable one . Mercury tech , alpha telecom . I got mine from alpha telecom during 11.11 at 1380. Maybe you can see which one provide the best value for money

Or is 2nd SIM card slot, you can either put a SIM card or micro SD card but not both ?

Just Sharing my experience.

HK, Taiwan and China set also the same model number SM-N9860. But only HK with CSC (TGY) works exactly the same as local sets (except no samsung pay rewards). But Taiwan and China one has the caller id display issue which is explained few pages back.

So the safest way to conclude is, check in the about phone -> software information look for the csc code.

I checked in Sammobile, HK (TGY) and Taiwan (BRI) have the same CSC and PDA. So I download HK (TGY) CSC to flash?

Another question, since I'm flashing the firmware, is there any way I can make Samsung pay rewards work?

Samsung Trade in Program by PC Dreams Pte Ltd only accept local set.

If you trade in at Reebelo, for example, for N10+, expect to get around $100 lesser for an export set.

So I believe, even the ah beng mobile shop willing to let you trade in, you need to let go cheap.

Best is to sell at carousell which you may get a higher than average market rate if happen the buyer know the difference between Exynos set and Sd set.
