anyone know where to get the orginal samsung screen protector that comes with the phone?

I had mine replaced by Samsung Westgate for a small fee.

Yes. I ownself applied. It's working even better than with the original plastic film. I bought mine from qoo10 whitestone dome store.


How I apply (using official whitestone dome UV light):

1. UV light on top 60 secs, UV light on bottom 60 secs
(don't worry, it won't dry up, glue will still be wet). 15 secs is too short. Even if your glue dry up, the glue residue can easily scratch off using fingernails

2. Use the micro fibre cloth to wipe off excess glue on edge gently. Don't use alcohol swab, even a little bit of alcohol seep in the edge of screen, the edge will get ruined with air bubble.

3. Press your thumb hard on fingerprint reader position on screen, hold for 1,2 mins.
Change grip, change position, repeat this step until u are satisfied.

4. Final cure. Let it cure gao gao, use UV on it like 5 mins on all areas to make sure it's 100% cured without taking any chance that it's not fully cured.

5. Turn on increase touch sensitivity

6. Enjoy your new screen protector

7. If u are perfectionist, can use fingernail to scratch off any remaining tiny glue residue until u are satisfied.

HI folks,

My wife lost the bundled AKG USB-C earphones with her Note 10+ and need a replacement. I've saw a few sellers on Shopee and some buyers commented that the so call Original AKG earphones are noisy, same issue with the AKG replacement I bought from a shop earlier.

Anyone can recommend a USB-C earphone that will work well with the Note 10+ for calls? The mic is important as she needs it for calls. She has wireless earphones but complain that the dropouts and poorer voice quality are annoying.

If not, can also recommend me a decent USB-C to 3.5mm adaptor so that she can use her old samsung earphones for calls.

I called Samsung customer service, the original screen protector that comes with the phone is not available for sale. Some Experience stores sell 3rd party ones. As to which store, will need to call the store to check.

Someone here said he done it at Westgate. Not sure still have.

Got a Note 10+ recently and a tempered glass (unknown brand) at Lot One ($39.90). The guy helped to put the tempered glass on in less than 10min. Here's my experience.

Scenario 1.
Registered a "clean" finger print before putting the tempered glass. After putting the tempered glass, the finger print sensor failed 99% of the time.

Scenario 2.
I deleted the "clean" finger print. With the tempered glass still on, I registered a new "dirty" finger print. "Dirty" here means it capture the finger print with the distortion from the tempered glass as well. It took many tries and about 10 minute to complete. The time has not been wasted because now the finger sensor work well finally.

Scenario 2a.
Additional optimization:
i. Double tab to wake up the home screen first, then use the finger print sensor. It works 95% of the time.

ii. Disable battery optimization on com.samsung.android.biometrics.app.settings
