Anyone ever experienced using with Citi cards, the 10X points not posted for most petrol kiosks.

Called to complain twice, they acknowledge n said they would fix the system but everytime I pump, always still the same.

Only recently used the card at petrol kiosk. Only used Samsung Pay with Citibank Rewards card twice, once at Shell, once at Caltex. All my transactions either rewarded the additional 9x for the normal 10x promotion or the Samsung pay promotion.

Sorry, can I clarify what you mean by normal 10X promotion ? Is there a Citi promotion going on, other than Samsung Pay ?

Citi rewards 10x points for clothes, bags, shoes, department stores.

the cashier at queenstown said dont have and their machine doesnt work plus she didnt seem cooperative. you can try there and see how

Just pump at Caltex. Cheaper than Shell if you have AA or Safra emebership

The cashier at Toa Payoh shell also said cannot. But I just reach in, and do the MST and ask her to key in the amount after the card details went in. The transaction went through, so she wasn't too concerned.

I did that and the lady started to be very defensive. Her MST didnt show up either...

I think some machines really dont have MST function.

Just my luck with e cashier...sian...
