I think u made right decision. Sengkang more flats supply and lower ratio. First timer ratio 1.5 vs 3.0 really big difference
Overall ratio also 3.6 vs 6.7

I guess almost all of them are second timer, or maybe few first timers who still stay with parents. In short, those who doesn't need housing urgently.
If lucky can get unit, can consider really good investment there. who knows what price the units there can fetch in resale market later on :D
or at least if they decide to stay there, it's quite prestigious too :)

i dono whether these pple calculating the interest amount they are going to pay...with 30yr loan..the total housing price is nearly 1million alrdy...:-$

Believe it or not! I go GuanYin temple at 4 ma loo, ask whether to apply punggol, woodland or yishun 4room.
Her Goddess, show yishun & the first timer rate are 3, 2.9 & 1.4 resp.. Wow...

Hello. Need help..:D I applied July BTO and my appt date super far (Dec), but in case there are balance flat, i book a flat & pay the 2k. If miracle happens & I get good no. for SBF if i would like to forfeit my 2k for my July BTO and get the SOBF flats will i be barred for 1 year?

Thanks! Really need to know so i can prepare myself on what i can do next... :s22:

very nice. I went to Yishun Ave. 9 temple to pray also.

I don't really understand what you are saying.

If your BTO selection comes before your SOBF selection, and you book a flat for the July BTO, they cancel all other applications you have concurrently. So no more SOBF application. If you don't book a flat during the July BTO ie you choose not to select, then you can still go down for the SOBF selection if any.

Similarly if your SOBF selection comes before your BTO selection and you book a flat, they will cancel your BTO application.

Last time you could forfeit the option fee to go and ballot immediately again for a BTO. Ie. You needed to cancel your selected flat before balloting. Now if you cancel you are barred for one year so you cannot suka suka cancel and try for another BTO immediately.

Use the ' half moon' shape red colour to ask... If she agree she will give one face up one face down. Each location ask once...
Yes most location are away from mrt.. But a few friends & relatives living around there... And main obj is to get flat to start family. My mom doesn't want to stay with my wife, she the type that very very nagging...
Q no. Not out yet... Need to wait for 2, 3 weeks...

You are right. most of the location is not near the MRT.

This location is not bad already. hope that we can get what we wish for.

may i know why the number of applicants for sept sales of balance kept increasing? i thought the application dateline is already over?
