Yes most location are away from mrt.. But a few friends & relatives living around there... And main obj is to get flat to start family. My mom doesn't want to stay with my wife, she the type that very very nagging...

If you have try many times did not get gd queue number...then go to temple pray and finally get gd queue number...this is consider counted...since you did not try many time dnt thk this is counted...if not how to know guan yin helping you....

Adora green 3rm cost 350k and the agent calculate for me but dnt like bcos space size is very small

Called HDB this morning and was told SBF ballot result will be out only in early Nov.

I had wanted to try to get HDB @ Punggol, if can't get, then buy EC.

Yesterday went to Waterbay EC. Quite nice for EC.
Was told that ballot result should be out on 17 Oct.

HDB ballot result out in Nov.
EC result out on 17 Oct, booking on 19 Oct.

Reverse order.

I am a second timer.
Any advise?

Punggol SoBF this time less supply, quite difficult to get good q number esp for second timer. 1 in 91.7 chance
