Between 4 Oct - 18 Oct 2012 (15 days)
18 Oct 2012 was announcement for BTO Sep 2012 Ballot
Between 19 Oct - 2 Nov 2012 (another 15 days)
If accordingly to the BTO patterns of 15 days
2 Nov 2012 12noon-4pm may be the announcement for SBF 2012 ballot result...

Apparently the pattern is not so much a pattern. The results will be out when the results are out. No point speculating when.
I'm waiting for it as well but life still goes on and I go to work everyday as usual. Don't build unnecessary expectation which heightens the disappointment. My 2 cents worth

i dun have extra chance for ballot but wat they offer me was 6 x unit of 5 room at tiong bahru area..
but its too exp and i cant afford so in the end i also nvr apply under the scheme.

really don't understand what's takin them so long in releasing the results.. unless it's a different method .. applications for sobf is so much lesser than bto yet it takes double or more the time to release the result..

lesser applicants doesnt mean time taken will be shorter.
Take into consideration that there are so many areas which mean more balloting need to be conducted. This will also mean tat more administrative works need to be done.. but forumer here have been circulating that it usually be released 2 weeks after the BTO release of result. but not so for this time round.

Just FYI, don't know if it only happened to me or what, HDB is quite inflexible and annoying one. Very nice Mp wrote letter for us hdb just replied with 3 sentence letter

eh i nvr do or apply anything..
they jus send me the letter that i can choose from the set aside unit

I don't understand either, but maybe understaffed? or underemployment - staff not doing work fast enough. But we can't complain... Can only wait. >.<
