it does not seem to be in this may 2018 sbf.

1. is there a way for me to check if it was offered in nov 2017 or feb2018 sbf?
2. normally when would hdb release sites for sbf if bto launch is in may2017?

HDB every 3 mths (Feb, May, Aug and Nov) will launch BTO/SBF/ROF... for SBF and ROF the flat location (blk and area) is random, is depend on HDB choose which flat they want to make it balance.

As what I know, over mean over unless the next balance will appear again.

Hi guys, just applied. But I realised the application is for a general category, which includes undesirable flats. How is the balloting process and choosing of flats process conducted then? Queue number?

Can’t seem to find any info on this... HdB website just says “selection process”... and approval and rejection process. No details

If you notice SBFs are usually ready to move in or wait 1-2 years more. Logically if you are looking for a specific BTO launch to be available as SBF, you need to know when its completion year is.

2017-2018 BTOs will be ready around 2022-2023 if I am not mistaken. You can expect it may be available in 2020-2021 launch, but this is just my guess.
