Anyone know how does Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS) works for SBF?
As SBF consists of flats that are spread around the town, do i qualify for MCPS if only a few flats are within 4km from my parents’ flat?

Yes, work with all the new flat. Even your house and your parent house different town but within 4km, still acceptable.

Thanks!
What if for example i applied for Punggol, and my parent house is in a different town. Out of all the flats under SOB, only a few flats fall within 4km. Can i apply Punggol with the MCPS?

You can click the below link for calculate the distance
https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BB292KM/BB292KM_ENQ

But remember once u use MCPS, your parent cannot move out from the flat for additional 5 more years

But under MCPS, can the parent move house but stay within the 4km radius?

Hi guys! After applying without any priority schemes, I realised I actually qualify for one of the priority schemes. Is there any way to edit my application?

You should be able to amend your application by going to the page to apply for the bto and scroll to the bottom to amend. That's how I amended the address for the MCPS.

No idea too. Mine also public ._.

Thanks, think it does not matter for now. Saw in the BTO thread. :"There is nothing special about fiance/fiancee applicants..All would be listed under public scheme..

It is not a scheme by itself, it's just a family nucleus.."

Hi all,

I was wondering if i can apply for May SBF even though i have been given an appointment date for Nov2017 SBF. My Q number is 2xx but currently only serving 102. There is only 17flats left for Chinese Quota so i think most likely there wont have any quota left.

If i go ahead and apply May SBF, will my Nov2017 SBF be automatically cancelled? Or can still go for the selection on appointment date if there is still flat left.

Also, does anyone know if both my fiance and I are overseas, is the "Authorisation Form" the only document that is required? Or the whole appointment letter and documents required.. Have to sign some forms but both of us are not in singapore during this period.

TIA!

(PS: Wanted to call HDB but tmr is public holiday)

Deadline for May SoBF is tonight 11:59pm, better apply now if you're interested. I believe as long as you have not chosen a unit yet, you can submit another application and your previous one will not be cancelled.

Have you rejected any chance to select a unit before? If no, then should be no problem rejecting your Nov sobf when it comes to your turn (assuming you still have a chance) and still can go ahead with the may sobf
