Hi, is there anyone who applied Woodlands SBF May 2018 (4 room)? May I know if the flat selection has started?

May i know do sbf unit have basic floor, sink, door, walls, etcc?
Or the unit is just plain empty with cement?

It depends if somebody else previously had selected the unit, opted for OCS and later give up then that unit will have OCS. Otherwise, by default, if the unit was never chosen before, it will not come with OCS. One way to guess is by comparing the price with other units of same BTO projects. You may notice some units at lower level costs more than the same unit at higher level. High chance the lower unit one have flooring hence higher price.

For confirmation, you will need to wait until you get appt date/time then you will get to view the flat listing. There will be indication beside the unit no. OF, OK, FF, RP etc. My understanding of these indications is as such:
FF: unit comes with floor finishes
OK: Open kitchen without floor finishes
OF: Open kitchen with floor finishes
RP: Repossessed flat, HDB would have already uploaded photographs of the unit before your appt date. That is where you can ascertain if they retain the flooring or had removed the flooring.

If no indication beside the unit no. it means there is no flooring done. I think I read somewhere that all BTO units from SBF exercise will include internal doors and toilet sanitaries. The difference is only if there is flooring done and whether is it open kitchen or not. Someone else can confirm?

Yup, I also stumbled across some threads previously mention SBF unit came with OCS.

Thanks! Can I also check, for SBF completed units roughly when is the key collection period after the selection is done?

Found out only when selecting the unit. The person serving us said that it came with whatever the previous owner selected

Can compare price with neighbouring units(if possible) to see if yours has OCS.

Hi all, do i have to print ahg/shg myself or just take from hdb? Then payslip i need to photocopy or just bring original want? Thank you.

Don't actually understand your question. But I suggest you call the hdb hotline to ask the officers. They are quite helpful. Plus you're going for MAY 2018 means selection is soon. So hurry on your admin things, post forum no use one

My selection is next week and I have all the docs prepared. Hard copies. Just that someone asked below if she/he has to bring all the copies on the day of appointment and somebody said can actually submit online. Hence was asking how to do it.

Bring along hard copy also can. No need to submit online.
