SBF - May 2019

I had 3 units, one taken up in first week, other 2 on the day of appt.

That is why this exercise i just applied and didnt went onsite

No other units available for selection?

For my case is my racial quota ran out a week before my appointment...

Hopefully this time round there are still units available by my appointment...

I really wish to hear some success stories of ppl whom successfully got a unit and were placed in my situation.

We are already given a queue number, we will most likely receive an appointment date by end of this month through email.

Selection will commence in August... This is when you start to login to HDB shortlisted units at the end of everyday to see if your shortlisted unit have been taken up...

Fingers crossed till you actually made it to HDB office for your appointment.

Oh. So we will get a date but meanwhile we just wait and wait and wait again? Damn, sounds like HDB really like us to play a waiting game.

By end of this month, very likely u will receive and email for your HDB appointment.

My advise is apply for leave closer to the appointment date.

It is abt 2 weeks before appt date. Meanwhile can apply for hle since it is required if u taking hdb loan

I got an existing HLE that is going to expire in Aug... see when is the given appt date first...

3 The selection exercise is expected to start from Sep 2019. We will notify you of your selection appointment at least 2 weeks before the appointment date. You may then view the invitation package on My HDBPage at www.hdb.gov.sg using your SingPass. The package will contain the flat list and the documents to bring along for the appointment. If you do not have a SingPass or have not set up the 2-step Verification (2FA) for your SingPass account, please apply for one or set up the 2FA via the SingPass Online Request Service.

That’s means Sep 2019 onwards only start Tampines 4rm - Queue no.1 selection?

Hi.. I registered for May19 SBF and received the letter from HDB acknowledging the registration.. but when I checked the result today.. it reflected that my Sales Reference number is not in the system. Any idea what went wrong?

No typo. Just means that the Chinese quota for the project had already been reduced to 58 (selected units have already been taken up by Chinese), Malays qualify for all the available units and Indians/Others for most units.
