Hi, I got single digit for Punggol 4rm.But the article about Pasir Gudang blackout got me thinking twice. Should I reapply for Nov Sbf since I have 6 months old baby? Quiet confused since it’s long term commitment and don’t wanna get blood cancer for my lousy decision. Any suggestions - will this be considered I loose 1 chance and left with 1 only.

will be overseas with my partner for most of early august and slightly concerned that my flat selection 'starts in August', especially since we will have to go down with parents for the MCPS... how early do they inform you about flat selection?

Believe HDB will inform 2 weeks earlier prior to your selection date. I Guess you can based on your number and roughly estimate how early in August?

Btw don’t think MCPS need go down with parent, just probably have to bring along their NRIC (or photocopy of it), and if you are overseas, will need letter of authorisation for your parents to choose on behalf. Tried asking HDB on this before.

So far the list of flats ready for selection the clementi is not out yet and the latest is cck. They go by alphabetical order and even my 4 room bukit merah is not ready yet

In any case they will notify u two weeks earlier. So now earliest is probably after the national day holiday?

Mcps they probably need go down as they need to sign the doc as well. U will need like the property tax, think ur birth cert. to show that your parents are staying there as well as to show you are their legal children

Just apply la... worst thing is waste yr chance away... but u also have to think about selling the flat next time? if chiu area, quite hard to sell...

ya.. i'm abit worried cause not a lot of flat offerings (30 flats only) and my number is quite small (10+), so selection will probably conclude in 3-4 days. problem is both my partner and i will be overseas from around national day holiday till 19 aug, quite likely that we will miss the selection if it's in 'august'...

will be monitoring the selection, hope by some stroke of luck we manage to make it for our appointment!

will all the A-C select together? i.e. when you go down for selection, will it be likely that clementi/cck/amk etc is going down for selection as well? never really monitored the post-balloting process so abit unsure now...

Some area is 400+ flats but some areas only 30 + flats or less than that. Different area different selection months just curious HDB within 1 month able to call up so many queues number up to 400?
