@mysticwind, also at @ray0932:

ya.. i'm abit worried cause not a lot of flat offerings (30 flats only) and my number is quite small (10+), so selection will probably conclude in 3-4 days. problem is both my partner and i will be overseas from around national day holiday till 19 aug, quite likely that we will miss the selection if it's in 'august'...

will be monitoring the selection, hope by some stroke of luck we manage to make it for our appointment!

@maodinipie

will all the A-C select together? i.e. when you go down for selection, will it be likely that clementi/cck/amk etc is going down for selection as well? never really monitored the post-balloting process so abit unsure now...

Just FYI in the event that you and partner cannot go down:

“If you are unable to attend the selection appointment, you may wish to authorize another person who is above 21 years of age to select a flat on your behalf, by completing the enclosed Authorisation Form. The authorized person must bring along his/her original identity card, the completed authorisation form, and copies of your personal documents as stated in the invitation letter for our verification, at the time of flat selection. He/she will also need to pay the option fee (payable by cash/NETS), should he/she book a unit on your behalf.”

Yes some of the projects will be selecting concurrently. And the number of appointments differs daily as the number of appts increase as they expect a higher dropout as more ideal flats get selected.

How many appointments from selection to key collection?
2 or 3?

Depends if your flat is already built finished. If done, then only 2 appt, the booking and signing of lease agreement/collection of key.

If still building, three appointment: booking, signing of lease agreement and collection of key/balance payment

So for example there’s 500 flats. Maybe initially 10 appointments a day for that project for the 1st 100-300 numbers. But reaching the end like 400+, maybe increase to 15 appointments a day. Since assumption more will drop out anyway. I think that’s what he meant. I’m just guessing and interpreting.

I’m still waiting for my own appointment date. 😂

Appointments seem to be in alphabetical order of estates. All the A, B and C estates seems to be out on the flat selection page on MyHDB.

Only the mature flats are listed so far though. Non-mature estates beginning with A, B or C yet to be listed.

My area sbf has 400+ units. My queue is 500+. Do I stand a chance?

I guess u would have a chance but u must be prepared for low floors or near rubbish chute n etc.

And what is racial quota for ur area and ur race? That plays a impt part. Like my area, although there is 28 units, only 11 is for chinese.
