If those town you applied for sbf or bto

you may view the project information on the HDB Flat Portal > My Profile.

if others town not within your selection, need to Google it & pray able to find it - usually their Annex form
I was looking for the respective flat details in the areas which was available through their Search portal. now that Search portal can only show Upcoming BTO - https://homes.hdb.gov.sg/home/finding-a-flat

HDB will remove all listings after exercise.

Are you able to see it when you login according to what @syazthe13 said?

Nope, just acknowledgement page of the area. The Annex Info is essentially just the same listing as those 'number of flats applications received'

In that case, how do ppl plan and monitor the remaining flats for selection if they were to be so lucky to get a SBF number?

Google - “HDB my profile”
Choose HDB flat portal page
(usually the 1st one display on Google)
https://homes.hdb.gov.sg/home/landing
once click on the page, do not login but click button beside login “3 dash line”

you will see a few selection option from top to bottom

home
My flat dashboard
Finding a flat
My profile (click on this on)
Calculator
FAQs

After you click on my profile - it will link up ask your singpass login, once done, click on the 3 dash line again & re select my profile

scroll down & you able to see your flat application on the town that you select

during flat selection date:
(Once that area flat been selected by others that flat will be unable to click to check for detail such as storey, Blks, etc.

hope this post helps

Thanks syazthe13 for the detailed steps. right now, 'My profile' only shows these options:

  • Your Search Profile,

  • Your Favourite Homes

  • Your Contact Details

But it doesn't show units in the application. I think wait till I'm so lucky to get a queue number then i investigate further, lol

Thanks for the effort on ur part

Your flat application will be the top one before your search profile - for SBF my current view (not sure for BTO application)
Why I’m having a hard time screenshot it to post here 🙏🙏

Just wondering what're the odds of getting a sale of balance 2 room flexi flat? Is it still slim to non for singles, I understand it's usually prioritized for the elderly and families.

Ya, basically. You can see the application ratios for this round via Residential > Buying a Flat > Buying Procedure for New Flats > Application > Application status.

If there aren't even enough units to go around for families and elderlies, they won't open it up to singles. As you can see in the hdb results page as 'NA'.

Take note of this info too guys

applied to both BTO & SBF

If an applicant invited for a selection but does not select a flat even though there are units available for selection and ethnic quota, the applicant would be accorded one count of non-selection. For first-timer applicants with two counts of non-selection of flat, their subsequent applications will be placed under the second-timer status for a period of one year.

fyi

I curious over the 2 counts of non-selection.

What's the time gap between the 2 counts of non-selection? Is there an "expiry date" for the first rejection?

Can't be 10 years ago I applied and reject, buy resale, then want to bto again after 10 years and reject, it's considered 2 times meh?

It a period of 1 year - (cooling period)

example -
1) open booking - feb 2022
You been invited to choose a flat
(if flat selection not available by the time your Queue No. = “No Count”)

if as your Queue No is the range of flat available.
Let say Tampines 30 flat you are no.20 but you didn’t attend the flat selection = count as 1st count 1st timer

2) SBF - May 2022
You been invited for flat selection too
Flat available: 40, you are no.25, BUT you didn’t attend to it again = 2nd count 1st timer

your next exercise:
3) Open booking (August 2022), you are
Counted as 2nd timer applicant till August Open booking 2023

(Note: But I unsure of how they count if you are invited for August/Nov 2022 & Feb/May 2023 flat selection but you didn’t choose it)

SBF Nov 2023 - you are back to 1st timer 1st count (reset after 1 year) that what HDB officer explain to me

correct me if there a better good explanation of 1st timer & 2nd timer explanation 🙏

I'm talking about the one you're not sure about. I understand that if u reject 2 times, will be 2nd timer for a year. But what is the gap between the "reject 2 years"? If I 10 yrs ago reject once, now I reject again, can't be considered 2nd timer for a year right?

I’m getting so impatient waiting to know the results…… :(
Ya since covid days

they extend from 4 week waiting time to 6-8 weeks due to “their convenience of reviewing everyone application” before so called ballot result via computerised on the Queue No,

checking if there anyone apply both BTO & SBF exercise at the same time(disqualified) to other reviews before final determination of our ballot result

So yeah, be patience for another 16-20 days to go for mid July
