Strange, shouldn't the default option be what's stated in the sales brochure haha... oh well

They should be following the concept before this opt in/out of kitchen wall was implemented.

Back then was all with kitchen wall..Now they give you the option to opt out(and not opt in) during the initial launch. So for those who got it after the launch thru sobf, the default option is already opt in.

hi all, i recently gotten my keys for my SBF flat at punggol.
Found out that internal doors are hollow and cheap type..
Checked with neighbours, all their doors are solid and better quality ones which they paid $1800 in OCS.

My next door neighbour told me 1 day before i collect my keys, they noticed HDB came down and install those doors.

i checked with HDB officer, and they advise that they could not get the model of that door anymore, and if i don't want, they can refund me $1300 for removing all the 5 doors, or negotiate if i want to remove only a few.

i just want to check, is it ridiculous that they cut me off by $500?

anybody have encounter this before?

How to test quality of doors ? My one is supposed to be solid timber door not sure if they will cut cost and give me louya one for my rooms

Seems Sengkang residents not very active in HWZ.. other areas such as Punggol and CCK got the separate SOBF Nov 2015 thread but Sengkang dont have..

Yea super long. I called , they ask me check again early aug.

My grant took 6 weeks for the status to be updated to in progress and approved only in the 8 or 9th week leh..

Mine also 6 weeks since selection date. Not approved yet. During our selection, the hdb personnel told us 2-3 months to be approved. But we called hdb and checked also, told us in processing and wait.

Yes, as long as you satisfy the criteria, in case you are worried about the downgrade.
