Sembawang is heavily undersubscribed, is it possible to appeal for an unit there?

Fyi, the selection for sembawang flats offered in Nov 2015 sobf exercise is slated to start only in June…so they won't be offered in the May 2016 sobf I suppose. So resale is the way to go if you need a flat asap. Don't think any appeals will help if you didn't apply for sbw in th first place.

Out of curiosity, why didn't you apply for sbw since it was undersubscribed?

Agent fee is usually how much ? Feeling so disturbed now hahahaha .

Agent fee don't need to pay one if self service , check out the resale thread

i got a queue number within the first 30 percentile of the total flats.
Wanted to ask bros, what kind of information will HDB send me? there are like 200 over flats available and all in different projects. will they send me the brochures of all of the past project or just a list of available flats and their price?
then for me, i can just go and see the actual unit from outside right?

Aiming jurong point if possible. If not, then will seriously consider those RP ones. 2018 Q1 is too long.. Early 2017 still ok..

1% or 2%, I think shld be 5-6k but very hard to find direct owner ads, how come!! All agents..

Agent fee seller pay, u buyer juz pay the price. Agent cannot earn frm both buyer n seller

Sorry bout ur mom. Hope she will be okay. If u are urgently in need of a flat resale is the way to go. SBW very far from BP also. Not very ideal for ur situation. The BP prices for 3 room after grants may be cheaper than bro itself since u alr can get at least 50k discount

As my Queue no. is 37/28... I will have to bo pi there'll be 9 drop outs prior to obtaining a chance.

In this instance, can I also hiong for May'16 SOB Exercise?

Can.. Once you opt for a unit, it'll auto cancel the May'16 SBF.

No sales brochure but a consolidated list of all flats available with following info provided:

1.Blk number
2.unit number
3.Area sqm
4.price
5.Availability of OCS

Bro, sorry to hear about your mom. But the best choice now is to go out hunt for a resale.. The price is quite enticing now.

As long as you dont book a flat under Nov 15 excercise, you application for May16 excercise will not be auto cancelled.
