I rental a car from XX rental company.
Returned the car in good condition and owner of the rental company walked around the car and said all is okay and I left.
Got a msg from the rental company a few hours later claiming that there was a dent on the bumper and car was dirty despite me vacuuming it before returning it. Insisted that the check was done by the mechanic.
Currently the rental company refuses to pay me back my deposit and insist for me to pay back the repair for the small dent at the rear bumper which cost $200++.
After disputing on this, the owner threaten that he would send to change the whole bumper and make me pay for the whole bumper instead of the small dent.
Has anyone encounter something like that?
