At some point the annual fee is more worth it than switching to another card. It may not always be an automatic cancel decision because you didn't get a waiver.

How is this true especially for this card? Compared to a 1.6% card you need to clock $48,150 before your extra 0.4% earns you back your $192.60 annual fee :s22:

Hii

any one has used the Spree card to pay for caltex fuel? will you get 16% + 5%(with min 600) + 2% cash rebate (contactless)? = 23%??

Hi, anyone has tried use spree card for Insurance premium payment? Is premium payment eligible for 2% (spree) or 1.5% (cashback master) rebate? Thank you

for spree:

The following transactions will not qualify as Eligible Spree Card Retail Transactions:
a. any cash advance;
b. any fees or charges (including but not limited to annual card fees, service fees, interest
charges, cheque processing fees, administrative fees, finance charges, and/or late
payment charges and other miscellaneous fees and charges);
c. any Credit Card Funds Transfer;
d. any monthly instalment of an EasyPay transaction;
e. any amount charged to your Spree Card that is subsequently cancelled, voided,
refunded or reversed;
f. recurring payments (being automatic payments where you (including any person you
authorise as a supplementary cardholder on your Spree Card account) have given a
one-time authorisation or instruction for the merchant to charge the payment directly
to your Spree Card at a fixed interval, such as transactions made pursuant to Standard
Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited’s 0% Interest Instalment Plan) or payments made
to all billing organisations using Standard Chartered Online Banking or mobile app;
g. AXS, SAM or ATM transactions made using your Spree Card;
h. amounts which have been rolled over from any preceding month’s statement;
i. tax refunds credited into your Spree Card account;
j. any tax payments charged to your Spree Card;
k. any insurance premiums charged to your Spree Card;
l. any payments related to betting (including lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, off -
track betting, and wagers at race tracks) through any channel charged to your Spree
Card;
m. any top-ups or payment of funds to any prepaid cards and any prepaid accounts
including without limitation:
1. any transaction classified under either of the following Merchant Category Codes:
• Financial Institutions – Merchandise, Services, and Debt Repayment (6012); or
• Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load (6540); and
2. any top-ups or payment of funds to the following accounts or any other accounts
as we may specify from time to time:

· EZ LINK PTE LTD (FEVO) · TRANSITLINK* · OANDA ASIA PAC

Hello guys, I have spree card and also HSBC advance card with the advance banking account. I am planning to use the HSBC advance credit card as primary for all spend. Is there any point keeping the spree card? I am considering cancelling it and also cancelling the Manhattan card, then I have no card of SCB. Maybe after 1 yr I reapply for SCB and see if they have any promo?

Does anybody know if Spree or HSBC advance give cash back for OnePA course spending. Nowadays most extra curricular activities at our RC, payment is at the OnePA website.

so top up now in Grab n Dash before 02 May will still get 2 %?
and after 02 May both Grab n Dash top up no more 2% ah?
