I meant can see itemized rebate amount if any from the statement. I used to download last year but forgotten how to do it.

never know can see itemised rebate amount of spree card. How to do it? I'm curious to find out why my rebates never tally for past few months :s11: Haven't figure out which txn(s) excluded :s11:

Does anyone has the exclusion list for rebate? Can't download the pdf from their website.

To get 1% cashback for Telco bills, have to pay manually each month through website or app else it's counted as recurring bill and not valid for cashback?

I meant if you set up monthly recurring bill for Telco with Spree card, it's not valid for cashback even 1% at all and only awarded if you pay manually through app?
There was a discussion on the recurring bill definition by SCB but guess no one actually used SCB card for such bills to be able to share the outcome

Can pay manually on telco website or app to get online rebate of 2%. If really want to use recurring payment for telco bill, there are other bank's credit cards to use.

Does anyone know whether using this card on Public Transport (Train/Bus/LRT) via physical card or TransitLink SimplyGo qualify for the 2% rebate for contactless payment?

I got late fee on SCB spree card n was unable to get fee waiver this time. I admit that i m not a frequent user of this card n has always wanted to terminate this card. But now that I cannot get a fee waiver no matter if i call the CSO or do it via the app, it just pushes me over the fence to terminate the card soon

CSO told me that they r no longer being authorised to waive off any charges, not sure how true. Anyone tried to waive off recently?

For SCB you have to request for waiver through ibanking. Cannot call.

if the 1st CSO rejected your waiver request, you can call again and reach a more "lenient" CSO who can help to waive off.

Yes, u missed the point. Anyway I just called 2nd time this morning just in case 1st CSO was lying to me but apparently, 1st CSO was super honest with me while 2nd CSO did not tell me that they are not authorised to waive it off.

Anyone else can help?
